As all items are handcrafted, please understand that no two pieces will be exactly alike.

All of our items are hand made in Hungary, Romania and Bosnia for the Sandor Collection and although we have a good supply of the products shown online, we cannot quarantee we have your item in stock or can ship within 30 days. At the time you place your order we can notify you of the status of the shipment. We ship back orders unless we are told not to ship. Prices shown are at retail and subject to change without notice.

The Sandor Collection Guarantee: If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, return it in saleable condition for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. Please let us know you are returning it and send it by insured UPS or Parcel Post with the invoice.

Orders are shipped F.O.B. from New Hartford, CT via UPS.
In order to receive no charge replacements or credit for damaged items, customers must:

1. Notify UPS immediately for inspections and pickup. SAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGES UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED.
2. Notify The Sandor Collection, Inc., within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please let us know right away if there is shortage.
3. All returns must be within 30 days.
