Shipping and Payment Policies:
All of our products are handmade, please understand that no two items will be exactly alike.
Orders are shipped FOB from New Hartford, CT, via UPS Freight and any C.O.D. charges are billed to the customers.
Prices shown on this website are MSRP and are subject to change without notice.
First orders will be shipped C.O.D. or charged to credit card (MC, VISA) unless prior approval for terms has been obtained.
If you wish to establish a net 30 account with us, we will need 3 trade and bank references for the purposes of a credit check.
We always ship back-orders unless we are told not to ship. We will attempt to notify you when a back-order is ready to ship.
Interest in the amount of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue accounts.
In order to receive replacements or credit for broken or damaged items, the customer must:
1. Notify UPS immediately for inspection and pick-up. SAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED.
2. Notify The Sandor Collection, Inc., within seven days of receipt. Please let us know immediately if there is a shortage.
